Superfast broadband for Cheshire is top of the agenda at a special event at Jodrell Bank on February 3rd.

Connecting Cheshire aims to make Cheshire, Warrington and Halton one of the best connected regions for the Internet in the UK by 2015.

During this event delegates will learn how the project team is bringing superfast broadband to rural areas and why action and investment from the public sector is important. They will also hear from Regeneris Consulting , a leading economic consultancy, on their study into the potential value and impact of superfast broadband in Cheshire, Warrington and Halton.
