Cheshire PR agency de Winter has announced the latest addition to its award-winning team with the signing of a new Account Executive, Lee Cullen.

Lee, 27, joins the team from his previous role as Communications Officer at Bank of America Europe Card Services where he worked for two years as part of the company’s Corporate Communications team.

He said: “I’m delighted to be moving to a dynamic, forward-thinking agency like de Winter. Making the switch to an agency environment is a challenge I’m looking forward to. I’ll be joining a great team and working with a really diverse list of clients.

“de Winter has a fantastic reputation for delivering results and I want to be part of its continued success in 2012 and beyond.”

After moving to the North West from Portsmouth seven years ago, Lee graduated from the University of Chester in 2008 with a degree in Journalism and has written for local newspaper ‘The Leader’.

He will work on delivering creative and results-driven campaigns for a number of key clients, including Age UK, Trigon Snacks Ltd and Flextronics.

Managing Director Kate Cox said: "We’re very pleased to be announcing Lee’s appointment. A number of recent client acquisitions in the New Year means we are able to grow and develop our team even further to ensure we deliver exceptional results for all of our clients.

“With Lee’s passion, enthusiasm and experience, he will be a valuable addition to the service we offer and we look forward to bringing him on board.”

His arrival at Chester's longest established communications agency coincides with the agency’s 22nd year of service and comes as the team celebrates a remarkable start to 2012 after receiving 22 award nominations in January for excellence in the PR sector.
